Story
Faith Lutheran Church was organized early in 1949 through the efforts of four Fox Valley families. These four families applied for membership in the LC-MS early in 1949 and were unanimously and joyously accepted. Faith began to worship together on February 13, 1949.From a meager base of four families, Faith has grown to be one of the largest churches in the LC-MS. Today, with over 1000 people worshipping together each weekend, Faith continues to be a thriving community that overflows with the love and peace that we share in Christ.
Faith’s history has seen its share of building additions (1951, ’59, ’87, 2002) and new ministries launched
Good Shepherd Lutheran, Appleton; Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran, Greenville;
Celebration Lutheran, Appleton; & Faith Child Care, Inc. on our site. Today, Faith continues to forge ahead, seeking to engage both the challenges and blessings that God has planned for us in the future. The opportunities are endless!
